Refund policy

If we got it wrong, we'll make it right. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No return shipping, no restocking games.

Made-to-order items. Because most Designs With Wine products are printed just for you, we can't accept returns for change-of-mind on made-to-order items. Please check size charts (on every apparel listing) before ordering.

Wrong size? We've got you. If your apparel doesn't fit, email us within 30 days and we'll print you a one-time courtesy replacement in the right size — free. No need to return the original (donate it, gift it, or keep it for laundry day).

Ready-made items (select home & entertaining pieces): unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund; buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund processing. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
