Shipping policy

Flat $4.99 shipping anywhere in the U.S. — free on orders of $60 or more. One rate, no matter how many items are in your cart. The free-shipping discount is applied automatically at checkout; there's no code to enter.

Printed to order, just for you. Most of our apparel, drinkware, and accessories are made to order — your item is printed in the USA when you place your order, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. That keeps designs fresh and waste low.

Production time. Made-to-order items are typically produced in 2–5 business days before shipping. Items from our home & entertaining collection that are ready-made typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Shipping time. Once shipped, most US orders arrive in 3–8 business days; select specialty pieces can take 1–2 weeks to arrive. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different facilities — you'll get tracking for each package, and you're never charged extra for split shipments.

Order changes & address corrections. Because made-to-order production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. Caught a typo in your address? Email us right away at hello@designswithwine.com and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Lost or stuck packages. If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days or a delivered package never appeared, contact us — we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Shipping area. We ship to every U.S. address at the flat $4.99 rate. A large part of our made-to-order range also ships internationally at no extra charge — if every item in your cart is eligible, international delivery options appear automatically at checkout. Some pieces, particularly glassware and home & entertaining items, are U.S.-only for now. If checkout won't accept your international address, email hello@designswithwine.com and we'll quote shipping for you directly.
