Shipping policy

U.S. orders of $60 or more ship free — the discount is applied automatically at checkout. Orders under $60 ship at the flat rate shown at checkout for the items in your cart.

Printed to order, just for you. Most of our apparel, drinkware, and accessories are made to order — your item is printed in the USA when you place your order, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. That keeps designs fresh and waste low.

Production time. Made-to-order items are typically produced in 2–5 business days before shipping. Items from our home & entertaining collection that are ready-made typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Shipping time. Once shipped, US orders usually arrive in 3–8 business days (standard). You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different facilities — you'll get tracking for each package, and you're never charged extra for split shipments.

Order changes & address corrections. Because made-to-order production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. Caught a typo in your address? Email us right away at tepandco@gmail.com and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Lost or stuck packages. If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days or a delivered package never appeared, contact us — we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Shipping area. We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping is on our roadmap — join the newsletter to hear when it opens.)
